The spiral staircase in the center of the building was imported directly from Italy.

Only one in Japan applied in this house.

This building is also the first building in Japan to have a spiral staircase up to the third floor.

The stairs have a dark image, but this building's spiral staircase is filled with sunlight, so it's not dark at all. The stair set is the center of the building to get a spacious floor, which is also a symbol of the building.

建物の中心にある螺旋階段は、イタリアから直輸入したもの。

日本にたった1本、ここにしかありません。

また、内部階段で3階まで螺旋階段を通したのも、日本ではこの建物がはじめてです。

階段といえば暗いイメージがありますが、この建物の螺旋階段には日の光がたっぷりと降り注ぐので、暗さとは無縁。階段を中心にしてフロアが広がり、建物のシンボルにもなっています。
