A skeleton-infill house is a house in which the structural frame, such as columns, beams, and floors, and the interior parts and plumbing equipment, etc., are made separately.

This building has only the minimum necessary specifications at the time of construction, making it an easy-to-renovate house.

When remodeling, it is an image of stuffing the contents of the "interior" into a box called "structure".

The box's contents can be changed freely, so you can change various specifications such as equipment and floor layout by additional construction to create a house you like.

この建物は「スケルトン・インフィル住宅（SI住宅）」です。

スケルトン・インフィル住宅は、柱・梁・床などの構造躯体と、内装部分や水まわり設備などを別々につくった住宅。

この建物は、建築時に必要最低限の仕様のみをつくり、改造しやすい住宅にしています。

改造する際には、「構造」という箱に、中身である「内装」を詰め込んでいくイメージです。

箱の中身は自由に変えられるので、設備や間取りの変更などのさまざまな仕様を追加工事で変更し、あなた好みの住宅をつくることができます。
