A curtain wall used in glass-enclosed buildings was adopted for the house.

Back mullions made of laminated lumber with strength are used for the pillars, and it is designed according to "Route 1", which is used when performing structural calculations for small-scale buildings.

The building is strong enough to withstand large earthquakes.

Using structural calculations that can also be applied to buildings, we were able to realize a large-scale opening like a building, despite being a wooden house.

【日本初、カーテンウォールを住宅に】

ガラス張りのビルで用いられる"カーテンウォール"を住宅に採用しました。

柱には強度のある集成材のバックマリオンを使用し、小規模建築物の構造計算をする際に用いる「ルート1」で設計。

建物に十分な強度を持たせているので、大地震にも耐えられます。

建築物にも対応できる構造計算を用いたことで、木造住宅にもかかわらず、ビルのように大規模な開口部を実現することができました。
