There is a large balcony on the top floor, when you go outside, you can see the sea of Hayama and Mt. Fuji in front of you.

It's nice to sit on a chair and watch the sunrise, but it's also recommended to relax and enjoy the night view and the starry sky with a drink in one hand. Better used as a place to welcome the beginning of the day comfortably and as a place to heal the fatigue of the day.
